Lance Fink
Recording Secretary

Lance is the youngest of seven children, and he got into politics through his parents, with his mother, Lisa Fink, being his main motivator. He loves being physically active, doing activities like hiking, sports and working out. He’s been involved in the community before, doing service, being president of a quorum at church and currently being the vice president at the school he goes to. He wants to help people and his country in whatever way he can and it’s led him to the board of the Arizona Teenage Republicans. 

Yidi Chen
Treasurer

Yidi was born in Chandler, Arizona, and has lived here his entire life. He enjoys reading, running, hiking, and anything related to the outdoors. Before the pandemic, he’d attended several political events where he met many politicians and became involved in the Arizona Republican Party. In August 2022, he joined TARS to shape his future by gaining more leadership skills and experience. As of March 18, 2023, he joined the board of the Arizona Teenage Republicans.

Eric Hayes
State Advisor for Membership and Mentoring

Eric Hayes started his political journey at the age of 16 as an influencer. He did podcasting and interviews with candidates as an ambassador for a national conservative organization. Later he decided to go and help out behind the scenes. Getting involved in a legislative districts and becoming a Precinct committeeman. He considers himself a bridge for the everyday American and the people in politics. Eric is a Turning Point Action field representative over seeing the western valley. At just 19 years old He ran the field for Turning Point Action in Maricopa country during the 2022 election cycle where he organized several Super Saturdays around the valley. He is a lifetime member of the NRA has been a competitive shooter since the age of 10 years old. But most importantly his faith in Jesus Christ has pushed him to get through challenges in politics and life.

Joseph Yang
State Advisor for Fundraising

 Joseph started volunteering and leading at a young age! He started volunteering for the City of Chandler Library system at the age of 12 and volunteered there for 5 years and became the President of the Teen Advisory Council for 3 of those years. At the age of 14 I was given a Presidential Volunteer Services Award from President Trump for his volunteer service to Arizona! At the age of 16 Joseph really started getting more heavily involved sitting on multiple planning committees for the City of Chandler planning Asian Heritage events. Events like Asian American Community Conference, Asian Village inside Multicultural Festival and many more. He currently runs the Chandler-Gilbert Asian Festival and in 2023 the Mayor appointed him to the Citizens Panel of Review for Police Complaints and Use of Force where he still currently serves the residents of Chandler. He is the East Valley Young Republicans Founder, the FIRST person to start a local chartered club in Arizona. He has a passion for the next generation and supporting future leaders and help whenever he can since I did not receive much support from adults in his endeavors and had to make his own path. He come to serve TARS with a history of decorated service to his community and to the Republican cause. He is excited to use his talents and connections within Arizona to help grow the Teenage Republicans to ensure the success and growth of the Republican party of Arizona to ensure we remain a free Republic.
